When you register for a municipal campaign school the Department of Municipal Affairs and Housing collects your name, preferred pronouns, email address, workshop choices, any topics of interest, dietary considerations, and any accommodation requests, as allowed by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIPOP) Act. Sea Change CoLab will be delivering the municipal campaign schools for the Department of Municipal Affairs and Housing. We will provide the personal information collected to Sea Change CoLab who will use it to register your attendance for a campaign school event, communicate with you and where applicable make dietary, accessibility or other accommodations. Sea Change CoLab will destroy all copies of registration records in their possession once their contract with for Department of Municipal Affairs and Housing has concluded. Your personal information will only be used or disclosed for another purpose if authorized by law, or if we obtain your express consent.
